Fat tuesday? Hell no!

In Sweden this day of the year is sort of a National day called “Fat tuesday” where you according to the tradition eat a kind of baked “cake” called a Semla.

To celebrate this day I spent some time in the kitchen cooking food for the whole week 🙂 BOOM! 14 packs – now I’m set for 7 day with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Less time spent in the kitchen and more focus on stuff I need to do!

Breakfast: Porridge and Allbran flakes with fruit and egg.
Lunch: Thai chicken stew with vegetables and rice.
Dinner: Greek meatballs with whole grain pasta and a green salad with feta cheese.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and a protein shake for each day of the week 🙂

I went to the gym and performed an upper body session for an hour. I’m quite satisfied, looking to add some more weight in next weeks upper body. Tomorrow is 1 hour cardio early morning before work 🙂
