Closing in on the weekend

Im sitting down to listen to some mental training after a nice meal and a lower body workout at the worlds most expensive gym, spenst-trysil.

The program is feeling so far so good, and Iv’e actually seen some small results already.
Tomorrow is a busy day at work, so I’m doing a cardio workout in the morning before work because I fear I’ll be too tired after.

I might go to Oslo on my day off on Sunday too, we will see 🙂
