Vecka 6

Halloweenvecka, och den till ära har jag bakat en pumpkin cheesecake. Siktar på mån & tisdag vilodagar (pga tentaplugg), träning tors-lör. Denna vecka har jag rampat upp proteinintaget till 220 på vilodagar, ju lägre ner i fett% man kommer ju viktigare blir protein. Och jag kom just under 5% strecket (ifall man ska tro den ytterst oprecisa 3-punkters kalipermätning man gör på sig själv). Kommer närmare och närmare mitt roliga projekt..
