Smoked salmon and shrimp pie with lemon-dill sauce and tomatoes

A great dish that is very easy to make. The dough for this pie is a perfect choice for fitness freaks and healthy eaters – it’s essentially FAT FREE and high in protein. I use it for base in all my pies. This pie takes 40 minutes to prepare and makes 4 pieces that each contain:

protein: 40 g
fat: 21 g
carbs: 32 g


  • 500 g smoked salmon (or any salmon will do)
  • 170 g shrimp
  • 220 g Abba middagsklart lemon-dill sauce
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 lemon
  • 120 g graham flour
  • 250 g quark
  • 35 g crushed oats (havregrym)
  • dash of olive oil


  1. Put the oven on 150 degrees
  2. Cover a pie form with some olive oil
  3. Combine quark, oats and flour in a bowl until it forms a dough
  4. Press the dough into the pie form to cover the bottom and sides
  5. Combine shrimp, salmon and sauce into a bowl
  6. Pour the seafood mix over the dough in the pie form
  7. Garnish with slices of tomato, lemon and any spices you like. I used chili and herbs
  8. Into the over for 30-40 min
